Dave joined Citizens Valuation Services in 2019 and served the roles of Director and Managing Director. Prior to Citizens Valuation, Dave was the Northeast Ohio valuation leader for Ernst & Young for 9 years. Prior to E&Y, Dave worked as a Senior Manager at Empire Valuation Consultants.
